HUM TUM

A fundraiser musical concert ‘Hum Tum' was organised by Rotary Ikons as a tribute to the legendary singers of Bollywood, Mohammad Rafi and Kishore Kumar.

The singers Chandan, Jaleel, Razia, Padma and Febin enthralled the audiences by playing the old songs. The singers presented songs that made the audiences enjoy the ambiance of golden time of Bollywood. The songs took the audiences down memory lane and back in the era of black and white movies.

SINGLE MALT FESTIVAL

Every year Rotary Ikons endeavor to host the Whiskey/ Wine Festival to educate our pallates and knowledge on whiskey flavours, notes, blends and expressions.

This year, a whisky created for the single malt adventurer and connoisseur, The Glenlivet took the centre stage at the Taj Vivanta in Coimbatore on September 20th. 

A true connoisseur appreciates a great whisky with all of their senses. This is what the Single Malt Festival is all about,” explains the Glenlivet International Brand Ambassador, Asia Pacific, Chivas Brothers, Mr Darren Hosie. Guests who bought tickets to the festival mingled with the whisky connoisseurs and indulged in the single malt festival in a fun way.

KANNADASANAI KONDADUVOM

Rotary Ikons proudly presented a unique fundraiser musical show titled KANNADASANAI KONDADUVOM. The event features evergreen songs by Kaviyarasu Kannadasan that lets us drown in the melodious music. The songs of Kaviyarasu Kannadasan sung for the event was very well explained by Marabin Maindan Mutthiah, a Tamil Orator, Writer, HR Trainer, poet owner & editor of Namadhu Nambikkai, a monthly magazine on development and motivation. A past super singer title winner, Sai Charan and local singers Jaleel, Padma performed live in this show with a live orchestra by Nagalisai BY NAGALISAI Kalangiyan John. The program was attended by many and won over the hearts of people of Coimbatore.
